Measure the circumference of the wrist
Start from the protruding part of the wrist bone, use a soft ruler to wrap around the wrist and measure the thickness of the wrist.
If there is no tape measure, you can use a soft rope or a piece of soft paper to wrap around the corresponding part of the wrist. However, it must be the wrist where you want to wear the watch. The thickness of each person’s left and right wrists is generally different.

Convert the case index
The measured wrist circumference divided by the watch diameter is equal to the case index
The case index that is most suitable for you ranges from 4 to 5; if it is less than 4, the watch is too large, and if it is greater than 5, the watch is too small. For example, your wrist size is 160mm. Then a watch with a size of 32mm to 40mm is most suitable for you.The steps are as follows (please refer to the picture for specific measurement methods)
